Melons from Uzbekistan start arriving in United Kingdom on a systematic basis

LONDON, September 15. /Dunyo IA/. For the first time, Uzbekistan has begun exports of melons on a systematic basis to the British market, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
A shipment totaling 10 tons has been delivered to the British company "Lemar Food LTD" by the Uzbek exporter LLC "Agricultural Products Export".
It is worth noting that British consumers have already tasted the unique flavor of Uzbek melons—previously, they were supplied to the British market on a trial basis, but now local consumers will be able to enjoy this sweet product on a regular basis.
According to the Uzbek Embassy, negotiations are ongoing with British importers to expand the range of products exported from Uzbekistan.
