TASHKENT, September 19. /Dunyo IA/. Yesterday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received the Ambassador of Egypt Amira Fahmy on the occasion of the completing her diplomatic mission to our country, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

"Had a farewell meeting with the Ambassador of Egypt to Uzbekistan H.E. Amira Fahmy, who is completing her diplomatic mission to our country, – the head of the MFA of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram channel. – We are happy to underscore the significant positive dynamics in Uzbekistan-Egypt bilateral relations over the recent years. Grateful to Madam Ambassador for her contribution to enriching ties between our two nations and wish her all the success in her future endeavors.

It is worth recalling that Ambassador Amira Fahmy presented her credentials to the President of Uzbekistan on April 23, 2021.
