MOSCOW, September 25. /Dunyo IA/. Russian newspaper “Komsomolskaya Pravda” has highlighted the development of Uzbekistan’s digital transformation and the expansion of the country’s technological cooperation with the United States, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Article notes that Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva held talks with representatives of U.S. corporations and financial institutions during her visit to the United States.

In particular, a meeting with Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Ben Black focused on the formation of a pool of joint investment projects worth more than $900 million. The platform was launched in June 2026 with the participation of Uzbek and U.S. financial institutions.

Publication also highlighted cooperation with “Google” in the areas of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud technologies and big data. According to the newspaper, more than 737,000 people in Uzbekistan have already completed training under the “Human + AI” programme.

It is also reported that the launch of “Google Pay” in Uzbekistan is planned for October 2026, with the service currently being tested by 12 local banks. In addition, the integration of the Uzbek language into the language models of “Google Cloud Gemini” is expected to expand developers’ opportunities to create digital products in the national language.

According to “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, these projects contribute to the development of digital infrastructure and the strengthening of Uzbekistan’s technological potential.
