RIYADH, October 29. /Dunyo IA/. Saudi Arabia’s most popular television channel, "Al Arabiya", has showcased the tourism potential of Uzbekistan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The broadcast highlighted Uzbekistan as the birthplace of an ancient civilization and a cradle of Islamic development. It emphasized that the country’s unique architectural and cultural heritage, abundance of mosques, the hospitality of the Uzbek people, and the richness of national cuisine make Uzbekistan one of the most attractive destinations for Arab tourists.
Particular attention in the report was given to the ancient cities of Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva, all of which are inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The program featured magnificent madrasahs and mosques, narrow lanes of historic mahallas, and modern tourist facilities reflecting the country’s dynamic infrastructure development.
