South Korean Media Focus on the New Stage of Cooperation with Uzbekistan Ahead of High-Level Talks in Seoul

SEOUL, September 13. /Dunyo IA/. At the invitation of President of the Republic of Korea Lee Jae Myung, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Seoul today for a state visit, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Against the backdrop of the visit, leading South Korean media outlets, including “Citizenadmnews.co,” “UN Journal” and “Diplomacy Journal,” published articles highlighting the development of relations between South Korea and Uzbekistan.
The publications note that bilateral cooperation is moving beyond trade and investment toward deeper industrial and technological partnership.
The media highlight joint projects in gas chemistry, automotive manufacturing, textiles and pharmaceuticals, as well as the expansion of localized production.
Particular attention is given to prospects for cooperation in the processing of copper, tungsten, lithium, molybdenum and other critical minerals.
The articles also point to growing cooperation in artificial intelligence, digital transformation and the training of highly qualified specialists.
According to the publications, the first Republic of Korea–Central Asia Summit, bringing together could provide additional momentum to the expansion of regional cooperation.
