TASHKENT, October 27. /Dunyo IA/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a telephone conversation with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, - Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram-channel. - Discussed further strengthening the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and the UAE, expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation, and advancing joint projects in energy, infrastructure, digital technologies and other promising areas.

Also paid particular attention to cooperation within the United Nations and other international organizations.

Exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East, emphasizing the importance of resolving existing challenges through diplomatic means and ensuring peace and stability in the region.

Reaffirmed our commitment to further developing our strong friendship and relations based on mutual trust, and to advancing Uzbekistan–UAE cooperation through new practical outcomes”
