Under the leadership of the President of Uzbekistan, large-scale reforms are being implemented in the country, aimed at the comprehensive modernization of agriculture, strengthening food security, and promoting national products in global markets.
The receipt of the international FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System certification by BMB AGRO, which operates within the BMB Holding structure, represents a practical outcome of these ongoing reforms.
Obtaining the FSSC 22000 certification technically confirms that all stages of the production and processing chain fully comply with international regulatory requirements. This, in turn, demonstrates the successful implementation of modern management systems within the enterprise, as well as a qualitative advancement in production culture and corporate responsibility.
As is well known, FSSC 22000 is a globally recognized and prestigious certification approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Its implementation confirms the effective functioning of systematic mechanisms for identifying, assessing, and controlling biological, chemical, and physical risks throughout production processes.
The presence of this certification confirms that BMB AGRO’s products meet the stringent phytosanitary and food safety requirements of the United States and European Union markets. It also provides a solid legal framework for expanding export geography and concluding long-term, sustainable contracts with international partners.
Most importantly, the adoption of such international standards by domestic enterprises contributes to strengthening Uzbekistan’s food security, enhancing the competitiveness of national agricultural products, and further increasing the country’s reputation as a reliable exporter of agricultural goods.
