Uzbek Students Association established in the Czech Republic

• 111PRAGUE, December 23. /Dunyo IA/. On December 18, a ceremony marking the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of Uzbekistan was held in Prague, during which the Uzbek Students Association in the Czech Republic was officially announced, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The association is a non-profit organization aimed at supporting young Uzbek nationals studying at Czech educational institutions. Its goals include helping students adapt to the academic and social environment, promoting cultural and educational initiatives and strengthening friendly and cultural ties between the peoples of Uzbekistan and the Czech Republic. The creation of the association was supported by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Czech Republic.
The event was attended by Uzbek students and labor migrants in the Czech Republic. Organizational and sponsorship support was provided by the educational company “Start Study”, translation and document nostrification bureau “TNB”, visa-consultation center “Czech Point”, company “DON’s”, Prague Metropolitan University, University of Natural Sciences of the Czech Republic, Charles University and the Higher School of Chemistry and Technology.
The ceremony began with the performance of the national anthem. Afterwards, embassy representatives congratulated the guests on the 33rd anniversary of the Constitution and officially announced the establishment of the Uzbek Students Association. Diplomats also outlined the association’s objectives, priorities, and planned future activities.
Active participants of the event received commemorative gifts from the sponsors.
