LONDON, October 28. /Dunyo IA/. A delegation of JSC “Uzbekneftegaz” held talks with international banks, rating agencies, and investment companies in the United Kingdom, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

As part of the visit, the delegation led by Sukhrob Khamroev, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the company, held a series of meetings. Discussions were held with the leadership of “Standard Chartered Bank”, “ICBC Standard Bank”, “MUFG Bank”, “Deutsche Bank” and “J.P. Morgan”, rating agencies “Fitch Ratings” and “S&P Global Ratings”, investment companies “Ashmore Group”, “UBS Asset Management”, “Vanguard, Fidelity International”, “PIMCO” and “T. Rowe Price”, as well as with Eurobond holders of “Uzbekneftegaz”.

Meetings focused on the financial and production performance of the company, corporate transformation processes, industry trends and measures aimed at stabilizing gas production. Four promising projects were presented to secure financing from international banks.

Representatives of international financial institutions commended the reforms being implemented in the company. The parties agreed to continue cooperation, including on the financing of the presented projects.
