ТАSHKENT, September 15. /Dunyo IA/.   Today, as part of his visit program in Seoul, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received Jin Ok-dong, Chairman of “Shinhan Financial Group”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the press service of the Head of our State, the sides discussed expanding financial cooperation and implementing investment projects aimed at developing infrastructure, renewable energy and industry.

The signing of an agreement to allocate credit lines to commercial banks in Uzbekistan was noted with satisfaction. Particular attention was paid to establishing a subsidiary of “Shinhan Bank” in Uzbekistan.

The sides also expressed interest in attracting new financing instruments and green loans, as well as developing digital banking and specialized solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
