TASHKENT, November 7. /Dunyo IA/.  Yesterday, Diplomatic Academy at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted a presentation of two new publications: the “Explanatory Dictionary of Diplomacy” and “Diplomacy from Ancient Times to the Present Day”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Event was attended by state and public figures, members of the diplomatic community, scholars, faculty members and researchers.

Opening the presentation, Director of the Diplomatic Academy, Professor Abdusamat Khaydarov, emphasized the importance of these publications in advancing the national school of diplomacy and enriching the body of Uzbek-language academic literature in the field.

During the event, participants were briefed on the creation process and the academic and practical significance of the “Explanatory Dictionary of Diplomacy”. Publication aims to provide a systematic explanation of diplomatic terms and concepts in Uzbek and to further develop national diplomatic terminology.

Professor Ibrahim Mavlanov also introduced the study guide “Diplomacy from Ancient Times to the Present Day”, co-authored with Abdusamat Khaydarov. The book covers the historical evolution of diplomacy, its theoretical and legal foundations, modern trends and issues of economic diplomacy.

Speaking at the event, First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis and Rector of UWED Sodyq Safoev, alongside leading scholars and industry experts, highlighted the vital role these publications will play in training diplomatic personnel, conducting academic research and supporting practical diplomatic work.

At the conclusion of the presentation, it was emphasized that these books will serve as an important resource for strengthening the academic potential of the national school of diplomacy, expanding specialized literature in the Uzbek language and enhancing the professional knowledge of future diplomats.
