CHANGSHA, October 22. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats from the General Consulate of Uzbekistan held a presentation on the country's trade, economic, investment, and tourism potential in the Chinese city of Changsha within the framework of the “Interregional Trade and Economic Cooperation of Central Asian Countries” forum, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Event was attended by representatives of more than 100 companies operating in Hunan Province. The diplomats highlighted the potential of Uzbekistan's regions and driver industries, its favourable business environment, as well as projects proposed for implementation with the participation of foreign investors.

During negotiations with local companies held on the sideliners of the forum, prospects for developing joint projects in fields such as “green” energy, construction, mining and ICT were discussed. The parties also agreed to organize business missions to Uzbekistan.
