TASHKENT, May 26. /Dunyo IA/. Today, at an expanded meeting of the board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mirvohid Mirilyasovich Azimov, appointed in accordance with the decree of the President of Uzbekistan dated May 26, 2026, was introduced as the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
According to the MFA of Uzbekistan, prior to his appointment, Mirvohid Azimov held the position of Deputy Secretary-General of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS).
