Leading Egyptian pharmaceutical company explores opportunities to enter Uzbekistan’s market

CAIRO, July 21. /Dunyo IA/. Representatives of one of Egypt’s leading private pharmaceutical companies, “Organix Company”, have expressed interest in developing cooperation with Uzbekistan and are considering the possibility of entering the Uzbek market with a view to subsequent investments, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Relevant matters were discussed during a meeting between Uzbek diplomats and Muhammad Anwar, General Director of the company and President of the Egyptian Association of Food and Dietary Supplement Manufacturers and Exporters and Ahmed Diab, senior researcher at the Agricultural Research Centre.

Founded in 2017, “Organix Company” specializes in the production of dietary and food supplements and is among Egypt's most dynamically developing pharmaceutical enterprises. The company holds international certificates, possesses a state-of-the-art research and development center, and operates innovative production lines. The enterprise is one of Egypt's leading manufacturers of liquid and gel-form products, while also providing contract manufacturing services for over 1,000 brands.

Egyptian side noted that it views Uzbekistan as a dynamically developing country with high investment potential. The company's representatives declared their interest in establishing partnerships with Uzbek pharmaceutical companies engaged in product distribution.

According to the management of “Organix Company”, the first stage will involve studying the Uzbek market through the supply of their own products. Based on the results of one to two years of operation, the company intends to assess the feasibility of implementing investment projects or technology transfers.

Furthermore, Muhammad Anwar invited representatives of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan, Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency, as well as private companies to participate in the “PharmaConex” international exhibition, which will be held in Cairo from September 1 to 3. Within the framework of the event, B2B negotiations between representatives of the pharmaceutical industry are scheduled.
