RIYADH, October 9. /Dunyo IA/. Embassy of Uzbekistan in Riyadh has urged fellow citizens to account for potential adjustments in airline flight schedules and called for caution and strict adherence to peace and security regulations, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
“Dear citizens,
In light of the ongoing tensions and periodic alterations in air traffic operations within the region, we kindly request that you take into account possible adjustments to flight schedules, travel routes and transit regulations when planning overseas trips.
We note that the internal situation within the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia remains stable and no threats to public safety or special restrictive measures have been recorded.
At the same time, given the overall regional dynamics, potential changes in flight logistics, transit routes and waiting times may affect travel conditions and duration, including the likelihood of delays, forced transfers or alterations to the route of travel.
In particular, we recommend maintaining a safe distance from the Saudi-Yemeni border, strictly complying with the instructions of local authorities on security matters, refraining from taking photographs and video recordings of military facilities and the consequences of incidents, avoiding the dissemination of unverified information, relying exclusively on official and state sources of information and keeping identity documents on hand at all times.
