ТАSHKENT, October 29. /Dunyo IA/.   Today, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, accompanied by his wife, arrived in Ankara on a working visit at the invitation of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of Türkiye, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the press service of the Head of our State, upon arrival at “Etimesgut” Airport, President of Uzbekistan was welcomed by Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and other officials.

During his visit, Leader of Uzbekistan will participate in the upcoming summit of the Organization of Turkic States.

Held under the theme “Turkic Century: Unity in Language, Thought and Action”, the summit will focus on further strengthening multilateral cooperation in priority areas.

Summit is expected to conclude with the adoption of the Ankara Declaration and a package of agreements aimed at further expanding practical cooperation within the Organization.
