NAMANGAN, May 24. /Dunyo IA/. This morning, the opening ceremony of the 65th International Flower Festival is taking place in Namangan, report Dunyo IA correspondents from the capital of flowers.

Delegations from foreign countries, representatives of international organizations and industry specialists, as well as numerous guests from the regions of Uzbekistan and abroad, are taking part in this jubilee traditional international flower celebration.

A wide range of cultural, educational, entertainment and international events are planned within the framework of the festival.

An initiative to plant the largest number of flowers in accordance with Guinness World Records requirements is also being implemented, with the process monitored by international observers.

The 65th International Flower Festival will continue until July 12.
