TASHKENT, December 30. /“Dunyo” IA/. By the resolution of the Kengash of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 28, 2021, Farkhod Nuritdinovich Arziyev has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the People’s Republic of China, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Farkhod Arziyev has been in the diplomatic service since 2002. He has extensive experience in the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic missions of Uzbekistan in foreign countries.
In 2014-2017, he worked as an Advisor at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Federal Republic of Germany, in 2017-2020 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of India and the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (with a residence in Delhi), in 2020-2021 he served as First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Mr. Arziyev is fluent in Russian, English and German.
