Representatives of Uzbekistan and South Korea discussed issues of accelerating the implementation of joint projects for the construction of modern multi-storey residential complexes in Kokand

TASHKENT, September 21. /“Dunyo” IA/. The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Seoul has organized a visit of a delegation led by the Executive Vice President of Korea-Uzbekistan Business Association (KUBA) under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea Kim Chang Keon to Fergana region to discuss the issues of accelerating the implementation of joint investment projects, reports correspondent of “Dunyo” IA.

Today, the first meeting was held in the city of Kokand between Kim Chang Keon and the hokim of Kokand Maruf Usmonov.

During the meeting, the parties discussed and reached agreements on the practical start by the end of this year of investment projects for the construction of modern multi-storey residential complexes with social infrastructure in Kokand City by the companies "Hanshin Engineering & Construction" and "Plus International", organization of production of natural cosmetic products jointly with the company "LYA Cosmetics", as well as other projects involving KUBA member companies.

The coordination of the implementation of all investment projects implemented with the support of KUBA is entrusted to the representation of this Association in the Fergana region.

In order to speed up the process of interaction and exchange of information between the hokimiyat of the city of Kokand and South Korean companies, it was decided to establish a representative office of Hanshin Engineering & Construction in Kokand.
