Tashkent IT Park to develop cooperation with a leading Singaporean technology company

TASHKENT, May 28. /“Dunyo” IA/. IT Park Uzbekistan and Singapore’s Gemx Technologies Pte. Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in Tashkent, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

The document was signed from the Uzbek side by the Deputy Director of IT Park Uzbekistan Jakhongir Rajabov, and from the Singaporean side by the Founder and CEO of Gemx Technologies Asmadi bin Ahmad.

The memorandum outlines such areas of cooperation as the exchange of experience on the development of a startup ecosystem, the participation of experts in conferences, workshops, forums, and other events, and support for startups from Uzbekistan and Singapore when scaling to the markets of both countries, establishing partnerships between venture funds and clubs, as well as the exchange of information on best practices in technological entrepreneurship.
