The project on the organization of saffron plantations in Jizzakh region was discussed in Tashkent

TASHKENT, July 2. /“Dunyo” IA/. The project on the organization of saffron plantations in Jizzakh region is carried out with the support of the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Italy, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

A meeting was held with the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BMB Trade Group Bekzod Mamatkulov and a delegation led by President of OPERA S. R. L. Paolo de Angelis.

BMB BMB Zaʼfaron products, currently supplied to the domestic and foreign markets together with OPERA S. R. L are gaining great popularity among buyers. An important agreement for three million euros was signed between BMB Trade Group and OPERA S. R. L. The export of saffron to Italy under the brand BMB Za'faron will be established in the first decade of July.

Recommendations for further enhancing cooperation were discussed. The parties agreed to conduct conversations with the involvement of specialists.
