BAKU, May 25. /“Dunyo” IA/. Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan Aziz Abdukhakimov met with the Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Ahmadov, in Baku, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
At the meeting, the Azerbaijani side was informed in detail about the success of Uzbekistan in implementing the initiatives of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to execute large-scale transformations in the economic, socio-political, spiritual and cultural spheres, as well as in tourism.
The Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan highly appreciated the achievements of Uzbekistan. He expressed confidence that shortly, thanks to the ongoing reforms, Uzbekistan will take its rightful place among the developed countries of the world.
Following the talks, the parties agreed to implement a set of measures in culture and tourism aimed at further rapprochement of the two fraternal peoples.
