KUALA LUMPUR, March 2. /“Dunyo” IA/. Newly created Valley Innovative University in Fergana and City University of Malaysia have signed a Cooperation Agreement via videoconference, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
The event was attended by Deputy Hokim of Fergana region Mukhsinkhuja Abdurakhmonov, Rector of Valley Innovative University Shahida Khamdamova, as well as, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs of the City University Rosnizah Shaari.
It was noted that the City University will provide its academic programs, assist in improving teachers’ skills and formation of a new Fergana University.
The Malaysian side also became familiar with the history, culture and customs, as well as the investment and tourism potential of Fergana valley.
Following the event, the parties reached an agreement to maintain constant contact for further implementation of the project on creating Valley Innovative University in Fergana.
