TASHKENT, December 27. /“Dunyo” IA/. The International Institute for Central Asia hosts an international conference on “Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan: prospects for the development of strategic partnership and alliance”, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
The conference is aimed to discuss the main results of bilateral talks at the highest level in Tashkent, held during the state visit on December 21-22 of the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Uzbekistan.
The conference will include two sessions:
“Uzbekistan – Kazakhstan: political dialogue in the context of current global and regional trends”;
“New strategic prospects for cooperation in economy, transport, energy and water resources”.
