LONDON, October 16. /Dunyo IA/. “Health Invest” organization under the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry of Uzbekistan held an online meeting with compatriots - medical professionals and scientific researchers working in the United Kingdom, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Primary objective of the meeting was to strengthen ties with qualified compatriots abroad and to leverage their international experience and scientific potential for the development of the healthcare system of Uzbekistan.

In the course of the event, representatives of “Health Invest” presented the core areas of the organization's activities and outlined the ongoing efforts toward healthcare modernization, development of medical infrastructure, implementation of contemporary services and expansion of cooperation with foreign specialists.

Participants also discussed improving the quality of medical care, introducing advanced diagnostic and treatment methods, developing specialized medical centers and organizing services in accordance with international standards.

Particular attention was paid to attracting Uzbek specialists from the United Kingdom to work in modern hospitals, multi-profile, and specialized medical institutions of the country. The parties exchanged views on establishing decent working conditions for compatriots abroad and expanding international professional and scientific exchange.
