AKTAU, September 14. /Dunyo IA/.  Consulate General of Uzbekistan is conducting regular work to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of compatriots, as well as providing them with consular and legal assistance, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

In particular, the diplomatic mission assisted two citizens in obtaining certificates for return to their homeland. Furthermore, airline tickets were purchased for six compatriots to ensure their safe return to Uzbekistan.

On September 9^th, Consulate General in Aktau, in cooperation with the Migration Agency and the Committee for Family and Women of Uzbekistan, conducted an online meeting with female compatriots who had arrived in Kazakhstan for temporary employment and faced financial difficulties. Following the applications received during a field reception from five citizens (including three minors), their departure to the country was organized on September 12^th via the Aktau - Tashkent flight.

Within the framework of protective measures, assistance was provided to a compatriot whose passport had been confiscated by unscrupulous intermediaries: the document was promptly returned to the owner, after which the citizen flew back to his homeland. Assistance was also provided to a female compatriot with three children who had suffered from fraudulent activities while attempting to obtain a temporary work permit; the entire family was safely repatriated to Uzbekistan.
