TASHKENT, May 13. /Dunyo IA/. The First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev met on May 11 with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Sayed Rasool Mohajer in Tehran, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the MFA, during the talks, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Uzbek-Iranian cooperation, paying special attention to issues of political dialogue, trade and economic ties, as well as interaction in transport and logistics.
The sides exchanged views on the upcoming joint events, particularly the next round of political consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries.
