TASHKENT, May 19. /Dunyo IA/. Today, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev met with Secretary General of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Anne-Marie Descotes in Tashkent, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the MFA, they discussed topical issues of Uzbek-French cooperation, including the implementation of agreements reached during the State visit of the President of Uzbekistan to France.
Special attention was paid to trade and economic ties, investment projects in the spheres of energy, transport, strategic mineral resources and renewable energy. The sides discussed prospects of humanitarian interaction in education, healthcare, culture and tourism.
