ASTANA, June 23. /Dunyo IA/. Temirlan Baimatov, a representative of the International Department of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan, shared his views with Dunyo IA on the Fifth Tashkent International Investment Forum, held in the capital of Uzbekistan on June 16–18:
- I would like to express my sincere support for the holding of the Fifth Tashkent International Investment Forum in Tashkent. I am convinced that this event is one of the most significant international platforms for discussing investment cooperation, sustainable economic development, and the expansion of business ties among states, international financial institutions, and the business community.
I would particularly like to highlight Uzbekistan’s consistent efforts to improve the investment climate, liberalize the economy, and create favourable conditions for foreign investors. Thanks to the ongoing reforms, Uzbekistan is strengthening its position as one of the most dynamically developing investment markets in the region.
Over recent years, the Tashkent International Investment Forum has established itself as an effective platform for fostering direct dialogue between the public and private sectors, presenting promising investment projects, and identifying new avenues for mutually beneficial cooperation.
I am confident that the Fifth Tashkent International Investment Forum will contribute to attracting new investments, expanding international economic partnerships, and implementing major joint projects aimed at ensuring sustainable growth and improving the prosperity of the countries of the region.
