MOSCOW, September 19. /Dunyo IA/. On September 17th, with the assistance of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia, grand opening of an exhibition of works by the renowned Uzbek artist Rustam Bazarov took place at the Orel Regional Scientific Universal Public Library named after I.A. Bunin, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Event was attended by representatives of Russian state and public circles, figures of culture and art, as well as contemporary art enthusiasts.

Exhibition became a significant cultural event aimed at strengthening humanitarian and cultural ties between Uzbekistan and Russia. The 60 artworks presented at the exhibition reflect the richness of the national artistic heritage of Uzbekistan.

Particular attention of the guests was drawn to the presented works of Rustam Bazarov, which reflect the author's vision, national artistic traditions, and contemporary trends in Uzbek fine arts. The exposition aroused keen interest among representatives of the Russian cultural and creative community.

As part of the opening program, a performance by the “Nilufar” dance ensemble took place, presenting Uzbek national dances to the guests. The vibrant and emotional performance became an integral part of the event's cultural program and allowed the guests to experience the richness and diversity of traditional Uzbek art.

Event continued with the serving of Uzbek pilaf to the guests. The national cuisine, music, dance, and fine arts created an atmosphere of open cultural dialogue and hospitality.

During the event, guests noted the important role of such cultural initiatives in the development of humanitarian contacts between Uzbekistan and Russia. It was emphasized that art and culture contribute to strengthening mutual interest, respect, and mutual understanding between peoples.

According to the participants, the organization of the exhibition marks another contribution to the development of Uzbek-Russian cultural and humanitarian cooperation. Presenting the works of the Uzbek artist to the Russian audience contributes to expanding cultural exchanges, strengthening professional contacts between representatives of the creative communities of the two countries, and popularizing the contemporary art of Uzbekistan.
