Particular attention was paid to the construction of residential complexes, hotels, office and commercial facilities, as well as prospects for establishing a real estate development company in Uzbekistan.

Pakistani side expressed interest in implementing multifunctional projects that integrate modern residential complexes, hotels, business centers, commercial and service facilities.

Following the negotiations, parties agreed to tentatively develop concepts for specific projects, architectural designs, determine land plot requirements and prepare preliminary financial calculations.
