ABU DHABI, November 8. /Dunyo IA/. Reportage Properties, one of the largest real estate development companies in the United Arab Emirates, is exploring opportunities to implement investment projects involving the construction of modern residential complexes in Tashkent and New Tashkent, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The matter was discussed at a meeting between Uzbekistan’s Ambassador Umid Shadiev and Aref Al Khouri, Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors, and Andrea Nucera, its Chief Executive Officer.

During the talks, the company’s representatives were briefed on the reforms underway in Uzbekistan to improve the investment climate, develop the construction sector and real estate market, as well as the opportunities available to foreign investors in New Tashkent.

The leadership of Reportage Properties gave a positive assessment of the growth of Uzbekistan’s real estate market and expressed interest in the country’s investment potential.

The parties were also presented with promising investment projects planned for implementation in New Tashkent. The meeting explored the company’s potential participation in these projects, the introduction of modern construction solutions, and opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation.

At this stage, the discussions focus on assessing investment opportunities and exploring prospects for future partnership.
