Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Croatia sign Cooperation Programme between Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the two countries for 2027–2028

TASHKENT, June 26. /Dunyo IA/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov, who arrived in Zagreb on an official visit, held a meeting with Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia Gordan Grlić-Radman, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
“Had substantive negotiations with my colleague, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia H.E. Gordan Grlić Radman, at whose invitation we are paying an official visit to Croatia, - the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram-channel. - During our talks held in both tête-à-tête and expanded formats, we exchanged views in depth on prospects for further expanding cooperation between Uzbekistan and Croatia in the political, trade and economic, investment, transport and logistics, energy, tourism, and other fields.
Underscored the importance of establishing a mechanism for regular political consultations between the foreign ministries of our two countries, further strengthening the legal and treaty framework, establishing an Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, and enhancing contacts between the business communities.
Following the meeting, we signed the Cooperation Programme between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia for 2027–2028.
We are confident that this document will contribute to the further systematic development of practical cooperation between the foreign ministries of our two countries”.
