NOVOSIBIRSK, October 16. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Novosibirsk took swift practical measures to return the family of our compatriots, who had been included in the Registry of Controlled Persons of Russian law enforcement agencies, back to their homeland, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
It is reported that the family's child, S.Kh., is a person with disabilities who has lost her right leg. She required another complex surgical operation at the Novosibirsk Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics between October and November of this year.
Consul General held immediate discussions with the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Novosibirsk Oblast, requesting practical assistance in removing the children from the aforementioned registry, taking into account S.Kh.’s severe physical condition and the necessity to continue her treatment specifically in Novosibirsk.
As a result of the measures taken, and following the issuance of certificates for return to the homeland, a decision was made to temporarily return the mother and her children to Uzbekistan.
The representative office of the Migration Agency purchased airline tickets for all members of the family. Diplomats from the Consulate General in Novosibirsk accompanied the family to the city's international airport, and they flew to Tashkent on October 15th.
It is noted that during the mother and children's stay in Uzbekistan, the Consulate General will work toward a positive resolution regarding their removal from the Registry of Controlled Persons. This will subsequently allow the mother and daughter to return to Novosibirsk to continue the course of treatment.
