Jordan to join Tashkent International Investment Forum following official invitation

Jordan has received an official invitation to the 5th Tashkent International Investment Forum, which will take place in June in the capital of Uzbekistan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent, citing with reference to the Jordanian news agency “Petra” and “Jordan Times” newspaper.
The forum will be held under the slogan “Investment Resilience: New Frontiers, New Partnerships” and will bring together heads of state, high-ranking officials, international investors and financial experts.
As noted, the invitation is linked to the intent to strengthen bilateral economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Jordan. It is emphasized that the high level of diplomatic relations between the countries creates a foundation for expanding partnership and exploring new areas of interaction.
“Uzbekistan also noted the active participation of the Jordanian side in previous forums, which contributed to strengthening the dialogue between the two countries”, - the media states.
According to the organizers, the upcoming forum will focus on global economic resilience, investment protection amid uncertainty and the development of international trade and logistics.
Special attention will be paid to the Tashkent International Financial Center, which is seen as a key element of the country's new investment infrastructure and a tool for attracting capital at a global level.
