KUALA LUMPUR, June 26. /Dunyo IA/.   Malaysian company “Farm Fresh Berhad” has expressed interest in implementing a project in Uzbekistan to establish a modern livestock and agritourism complex, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Within the framework of promoting investment and technological cooperation in the livestock sector, Ambassador of Uzbekistan Karomiddin Gadoev, visited the “Farm Fresh @ UPM” complex owned by the company and held talks with Chief Operating Officer Azmi bin Zainal.

“Farm Fresh @ UPM” complex is an agropark that integrates dairy farming, agritourism, catering, and educational programs in collaboration with Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). According to the company, the facility welcomes up to 300,000 visitors annually and serves as a practical training base for university students.

During the meeting, company representatives elaborated on the development of the dairy industry in Malaysia, the implementation of the “fresh milk” concept and their ongoing work in adapting cattle breeds to local climatic conditions.

It is noted that the average productivity per cow at the company's farms reaches 18–20 litters of milk per day.

Sides discussed the possibility of implementing a livestock and agritourism complex project in Uzbekistan, modelled after the Malaysian counterpart. Representatives of “Farm Fresh” expressed their readiness to study the proposal with the involvement of relevant specialists and to consider it at the level of the company's board of directors.

Company “Farm Fresh Berhad” was founded in 2009 and is today one of the largest dairy producers in Malaysia, owning farms and processing facilities in both Malaysia and Australia.
