Strategic cooperation established between Uzbekistan and France to modernize “Uzhydromet” Hydrometeorological System

PARIS, June 10. /Dunyo IA/. A Strategic Partnership Agreement has been signed between the Hydrometeorological Service Agency of Uzbekistan (“Uzhydromet”) and the French organization “Météo-France International”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
This document is aimed at enhancing climate change adaptation and modernizing the country's hydrometeorological system.
Within the framework of this partnership, cooperation is envisioned in areas such as the comprehensive modernization of Uzhydromet's hydrometeorological infrastructure, the implementation and integration of modern technologies, human resources capacity building, weather modification management, and technical maintenance.
