Program includes scientific and practical conferences and a forum for intercultural dialogue among the SCO member states. This cultural event has been held biennially since 2018.
Primary objectives of the forum are the widespread popularization, preservation, and development of the art of maqom, as well as the strengthening of cultural, scientific, and creative cooperation at the international level, Chinese media summarize.
