At the end of the first day of his visit to Tokyo, President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev attended an official reception on behalf of the Prime Minister of Japan, which was held at the Akasaka Palace in honor of the heads of state of Central Asia, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
According to the press service of the Head of our State, Leader of Uzbekistan was welcomed by Prime Minister of Japan Sanae Takaichi.
The event was also attended by President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
Talks between the Head of our State and Leader of the Japanese government, as well as the main events of the first "Central Asia + Japan" Dialogue summit, will take place tomorrow, December 20.
