President of Uzbekistan extends condolences to the President of Türkiye following the loss of life and injuries caused by a bus accident in Denizli province

TASHKENT, June 1. /Dunyo IA/. The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has extended his condolences to President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan following the loss of life and injuries caused by a passenger bus accident in Türkiye’s Denizli province, reports Dunyo IA correspondent citing the telegram-channel of the Press Secretary of the Head of our state Sherzod Asadov.

“The Head of State expressed his sympathy and support to the families of those who lost their lives and conveyed wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured”, - the statement said.

According to media reports, on May 31, a bus operated by a Turkish tourism company crashed into a barrier on the Denizli–Aydın highway. The accident claimed the lives of eight people and left more than 30 others injured.
