Egyptian Company explores launching Dietary Supplement Production in Uzbekistan

CAIRO, July 31. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Egypt held a meeting with Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Granity”, Dr Hassan Alam Al-Din, Director of the company’s plant and Dr Nour Al-Hadjari, Marketing Director, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the talks, company representatives presented an overview of their activities, noting that Granity specialises in the production of a full range of dietary supplements and food additives. It was highlighted that the company operates a manufacturing facility in the city of Jamsa and is currently implementing a project to construct a new plant in Cairo. The company’s products are already actively exported to a number of Arab countries, with Saudi Arabia identified as its key export market.
Company’s management expressed interest in establishing a manufacturing facility in Uzbekistan to access the markets of Central Asian countries and further expand its export operations.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to organise a joint online meeting with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to discuss in detail practical steps for localising production.
