CAIRO, September 29. /Dunyo IA/.  Within the framework of the visit of our country's delegation to Egypt, large-scale meetings in the B2B format were organized in Cairo with the participation of representatives from the agricultural sectors of the two states, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Event was attended by more than 400 participants, including government officials, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, entrepreneurs, farmers, livestock breeders, bloggers, as well as more than 200 foreign sector representatives.

From the Uzbek side, farmers and livestock breeders managing over 410 thousand hectares of land areas took part, discussing opportunities for developing business relations across regional contexts.

During the meetings, particular attention was focused on the cultivation and export of agricultural products, the introduction of modern irrigation technologies, the development of livestock breeding and the fodder base, the utilization of advanced agrotechnologies, and the implementation of investment projects.

Within the framework of the event, an exhibition of agricultural products grown in Uzbekistan was also organized by the Agricultural Research Center. The exhibition provided the participants with an opportunity to closely familiarize themselves with the types of goods produced in our country, as well as its agricultural potential and export capabilities.

These meetings in the B2B format served as an important dialogue platform for expanding practical cooperation, exchanging mutual experience and formulating new joint investment projects between Uzbekistan and Egypt in the fields of agriculture, water management, scientific research, and the private sector.
