ABU DHABI, July 11. /Dunyo IA/. A large-scale promotional campaign showing Uzbekistan’s tourism potential is underway in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, reports Dunyo IA correspondent

The initiative is timed to coincide with the launch of Etihad Airways’ direct scheduled flights on the Abu Dhabi–Tashkent–Abu Dhabi route, set to start in August this year.

The new air connection is expected to enhance travel accessibility between the two countries, boost tourist flows, strengthen business ties, and expand investment cooperation.

The launch of the new route is also seen to serve as another testament to the growing strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates, while creating new opportunities for cultural and humanitarian exchanges.
