Uzbek women entrepreneurs participate in a high-level business mission to Singapore

SINGAPORE, May 16. /Dunyo IA/. More than 20 women entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan participated in a business mission to Singapore, within the framework of which an international forum and meetings with foreign companies took place, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The trip was organized with the support of the “Hamroh” company. During the mission, the delegation participated in the “WEConnect International APAC Summit 2026” forum and held bilateral negotiations with representatives of companies from Singapore, Australia and other nations.
Within the framework of the meetings, discussions focused on developing women's entrepreneurship, expanding access to international markets and participating in corporate procurement systems.
In addition, a cooperation agreement aimed at developing women's entrepreneurship was signed between “Hamroh” company and the international non-profit organization “WEConnect International”. The document provides for expanding opportunities for Uzbek women entrepreneurs, including obtaining international WBE (Women's Business Enterprise) certification, developing business skills and entering new markets.
It is noted that as a result of this cooperation, “Hamroh” company will become the “WEConnect International” hub in Central Asia, which will create new opportunities for the regional development of women's entrepreneurship.
