ТАSHKENT, September 25. /Dunyo IA/.   Today, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the press service of the Head of our State, President of Uzbekistan warmly congratulated Irakli Kobakhidze on his birthday, sincerely wishing him good health and well-being and continued prosperity for the people of Georgia.

Two leaders discussed expanding the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Georgia by implementing the agreements reached during the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Georgia on July 2-3^rd this year.

Particular attention was paid to increasing bilateral trade, deepening industrial cooperation, and strengthening transport connectivity, including through the effective use of the infrastructure of Georgia’s ports of Poti and Anaklia.
