TASHKENT, April 25. /Dunyo IA/. Yesterday, the visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the city of Samarkand concluded, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the press-service of the Head of our state, in the framework of the two-day program President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the high guest held bilateral talks, visited a historic and ethnographic complex "Eternal City" and got acquainted with the "Mirages of Time" exhibition.

A ceremony of awarding the National Leader of the Turkmen people with the "Oliy Darajali Do'stlik" order of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held.

At the end of the visit, the distinguished guest was seen off by the Head of our state at the Samarkand International Airport.

Then President Shavkat Mirziyoyev returned to Tashkent.
