Iftar and open dialogue held in Japan between Diplomats of Uzbekistan and fellow citizens

• 93TOKYO, March 5. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats of Uzbekistan organized an iftar gathering for their compatriots employed by the Japanese construction company “Shimizu Corporation”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Japan, Mukhsinkhuja Abdurakhmonov, congratulated compatriots on the blessed month of Ramadan and highlighted the significant contribution of Uzbek citizens working abroad to the development of their homeland. He also emphasized that safeguarding the rights and lawful interests of nationals abroad remains a key priority for the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Japan.
During the gathering, participants were provided with information on consular matters, including the importance of timely registration with the embassy, procedures for document processing, adherence to employment contract conditions, and strict compliance with local regulations governing residence and work. Special attention was given to respecting the laws of the host country, preventing legal violations and fostering personal responsibility.
The meeting took place in a friendly and professional atmosphere, featuring direct dialogue between embassy representatives and Uzbek citizens, who were able to ask questions and receive detailed answers. The event further strengthened the practice of open and direct communication between the leadership of the diplomatic mission and the country’s citizens abroad.
