BERLIN, February 5. /Dunyo IA/. The "BMB Holding" delegation’s business trip to European countries continued with a visit to Germany, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

At a number of meetings held at the Embassy of Uzbekistan, the issues of exporting high-quality saffron and other agricultural products grown in our country to the German market were discussed.

A separate meeting was held between the Ambassador of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov and Chairman of the Holding’s Supervisory Board, Bekzod Mamatkulov. They discussed issues of expanding business contacts with representatives of the German business community, increasing the flow of investments to our country, and attracting advanced technologies and innovations. In turn, the Ambassador shared his experience of cooperation with leading German companies, industrial enterprises and business associations.

The "BMB Holding" delegation also held talks with Karl-Heinz Breitzmann, the founder of the German company "BREITZMANN Edelmetalle & Diamanten." The meeting centered on exploring opportunities for exporting products manufactured in Uzbekistan under the "BMB Za'faron" trademark to the German market.

The parties reached agreements to introduce German technologies in Uzbekistan, supply deeply processed fruit and vegetable products to German retail networks, and increase export volumes.

The representatives of our country also met with Jonny Bakos, Director of "Uz Trade House" of Uzbekistan in Berlin. The conversation highlighted the vital role "Uz Trade House" plays in facilitating Uzbek entrepreneurs' access to the European market. It was noted that currently representatives of the organization on trade, economic and investment issues operate in 16 federal states of Germany.

Following the visit of the "BMB Holding" delegation to Germany, promising plans were developed for the export of high-quality saffron produced in Uzbekistan to the German market, as well as for the realization of joint projects.
