NOVOSIBIRSK, September 28. /Dunyo IA/.   Consulate General of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with the representation of the Migration Agency, organized a meeting with compatriots engaged in lab or activities at one of the large construction sites in the city, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the meeting, compatriots were provided with detailed consultations on matters of consular and legal assistance. Particular attention was paid to the protection of labour rights: citizens were recommended to immediately contact the Consulate General and the Migration Agency in cases of unjustified delays in wage payments by employers.

Furthermore, a briefing was conducted with the workers on the strict observance of safety regulations and personal protection when performing high-altitude and welding works.

Diplomats emphasized the readiness of the Consulate General to continue providing comprehensive assistance to fellow citizens - both in processing the necessary documentation and in protecting their rights and legitimate interests in the Novosibirsk region.
