The work reflects the innovative, humanism‑based thinking of Leader of Uzbekistan. “In my view, - writes Muhammad Abbas Khan in his study, - there is something in human history more enduring than the existence of a state or empire - great ideas. They are a powerful force capable of shaping the course of history and defining the future. One such idea, in my opinion, is the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to lay the foundations for the Third Renaissance in Uzbekistan. The concept of the Third Renaissance is, indeed, a timeless idea. To me, this idea resembles a mighty river flowing into the incomparable ocean of human thought”.
